1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aanrich ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aanrich is a contact enrichment application for Attio CRM that helps users find professional email addresses and phone numbers for their contacts. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to perform enrichment operations.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must have an active Attio CRM account and install the Aanrich application. By installing the application, you authorize Aanrich to access your Attio workspace data as necessary to provide the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
Credits do not expire.
Credits are consumed when an enrichment successfully returns data or when the returned email already exists in your workspace.
Credits are not consumed when no data is found or when an error occurs.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send unsolicited communications (spam)
Harvest or collect personal data for unauthorized purposes
Resell or redistribute the enriched data outside your organization
Attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limits

6. Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Aanrich processes data as necessary to provide the Service:

We access Person record data from your Attio workspace to perform enrichment.
Enriched data (emails, phone numbers) is written back to your Attio workspace.
We store usage logs and credit transactions for billing and support purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate contact information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data returned by the Service. The enrichment data is provided "as is" and you are responsible for verifying its accuracy before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aanrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Aanrich application from your Attio workspace. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
