Everything you need to know to get started with Aanrich for Attio.
Installation
Installing Aanrich on your Attio workspace takes less than a minute.
- Go to the Attio App Directory
- Search for "Aanrich" and click Install
- Authorize the app to access your workspace
- You're ready to enrich! New workspaces receive 5 free credits.
Enriching Contacts
To enrich a contact with email and phone information:
- Open any Person record in Attio
- Click the "🔎 Find email and phone" action
- Wait a few seconds for the enrichment to complete
- If found, the email and phone are automatically added to the record
Tip: For best results, make sure the Person record has a first name, last name, and either a company (with domain) or LinkedIn URL.
Managing Credits
Aanrich uses a credit-based system. 1 credit = 1 enrichment attempt.
Viewing your balance
Click the "🛠️ Open dashboard" action on any Person record to open your credits dashboard. Here you can:
- View your current credit balance
- See your enrichment history
- Purchase more credits
When are credits consumed?
Credits are only consumed when:
- Found: We successfully found an email or phone (-1 credit)
- Already exists: The email was found but already exists on another Person (-1 credit)
Credits are not consumed when no data is found or when there's an error.
Understanding Results
After an enrichment, you'll see one of these results:
✓ Found
Email and/or phone were found and added to the record.
— Not found
No contact information could be found. No credit consumed.
⚠ Already exists
The email found is already associated with another Person in your workspace.
✗ Failed
An error occurred during enrichment. No credit consumed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What data sources do you use?
Aanrich uses waterfall enrichment technology powered by FullEnrich, which queries multiple premium data providers to maximize coverage and accuracy.
How accurate is the data?
We only return verified professional emails and phone numbers. Our waterfall approach checks multiple sources to ensure high accuracy.
Can I enrich contacts in bulk?
Currently, Aanrich supports one-click enrichment for individual Person records. Bulk enrichment is on our roadmap.
Do credits expire?
No, your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need.
