How to get started with Aanrich?

Aanrich is a contact enrichment app built for Attio CRM. It lets you find professional email addresses and phone numbers for your contacts without leaving Attio. Powered by waterfall enrichment technology, Aanrich queries 15+ data providers to maximize your chances of finding valid contact information.

In this guide, we will walk you through everything you need to know to start enriching contacts with Aanrich.

Step 1: Install the app

Getting started takes just a few seconds. Click the button below (or find Aanrich in the Attio marketplace) to install the app in your workspace:

Once installed, Aanrich will appear as a set of actions on your Person records. No configuration needed. You also get 20 free credits to try it out right away.

Step 2: Your first enrichment

Open any Person record in Attio and look for the Aanrich actions. You will see three options:

• Find email - Searches for the contact's professional email address (1 credit)
• Find phone - Searches for the contact's phone number (10 credits)
• Find email and phone - Searches for both at once (11 credits)

Click any of these actions and Aanrich will start looking for the contact's information. Results typically come back within a few seconds and are automatically written to the Person record.

Step 3: Understanding results

After an enrichment request, you will see one of four possible outcomes:

• Success - The email or phone number was found and added to the Person record. A credit is consumed.
• No data - No data could be found for this contact. Your credit is refunded automatically.
• Conflict - The contact already has this information in Attio. A credit is still consumed since the lookup was performed.
• Failed - Something went wrong during the lookup. Your credit is refunded automatically.

In short: you only pay when data is successfully returned. If we cannot find anything or if an error occurs, you are not charged.

Step 4: Managing credits

Aanrich uses a simple credit system:

• 1 email lookup = 1 credit
• 1 phone lookup = 10 credits
• 1 email + phone lookup = 11 credits

You can purchase credits in three packs:

• Starter: $79 for 1,000 credits
• Growth: $369 for 5,000 credits (best value)
• Scale: $1,399 for 20,000 credits

To check your balance or buy more credits, use the "Open dashboard" action on any Person record in Attio.

Bonus: Bulk enrichment

Need to enrich many contacts at once? Aanrich supports bulk actions. Select multiple Person records in Attio and use one of the bulk actions:

• Find emails - Look up emails for all selected contacts
• Find phones - Look up phones for all selected contacts
• Find emails and phones - Look up both for all selected contacts

Each contact is processed individually, so you only consume credits for successful lookups.
